Event Details
This class is designed to utilize our thinking and coordination skills as we segment through cardiovascular and strength exercises.It will include changes in cues, timing and repetitions as we move through the class. All movements can be performed sitting or standing. Weights are optional. Proper footwear is needed. Please register at least one hour prior to class to make sure that you receive the Zoom link.
