Learn how to create your own Hallmark style romance story. Participate in fun writing prompt exercises guaranteed to help you jump start your plot, characters and settings.

Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, and alignment using hand-held weights, a resistance band, and a ball.

 Paint a serene winter forest with snow covered trees, red berries, and cheerful birds. 

Class is filled.

Pick up in TeenSpace begins at 4:00 p.m.

The holidays are here and Chef Rob will share his chocolate snowstorm cookie recipe. Make 18 cookies, enough to share with friends and family.

This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques. We will focus on alignment, breathing, core strength and mindfulness.

Bring a game to play with your friends for the afternoon. Play canasta, Mah Jongg (must have table covering), or a board game. Rooms will be set up with tables and chairs.

Read picture books to young children.

Registration for SSD residents begins December 1, all others one week later if available.
