Week Calendar

This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques. We will focus on alignment, breathing, core strength and mindfulness.

This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Ages 18 to 30 months with a caregiver. No siblings, please. 

Play with your toddler and meet other families with young children.

Take a full-length proctored practice test under timed conditions during this online class.

For drivers of all ages. Completion entitles you to a NYS insurance discount and to a point reduction. Bring your NYS Driver's License and a pen. In-person registration ONLY.

Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, and alignment using hand-held weights, a resistance band, and a ball. Registration for SSD residents begins November 20; all others one week later.

This class is especially suited for the older adult, and combines the basics of Simply Stronger and Simply Stretch. You will need light hand weights for the class.

Recharge, unwind, and improve balance and posture, de-stress, and enhance your energy and focus in this all-levels class of gentle seated and standing poses and mindful breathing.

Qi Gong is an ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work.

Get ready to devour Thai lettuce wraps made with ground beef, ginger, carrots and green onion. Also on the menu is glazed shrimp with Chinese plum sauce.

Learn the rules of chess and develop your skills as you play against other teens.

Join us for this class that combines techniques of water color painting, collage and dried pressed flowers. There will be a demonstration and instructional parts of the class.
