This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain’s functions. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.

Ages: 18-months - 4 years (with a caregiver).

Children and their caregivers will enjoy creative movement dance activities.

Learn and practice English in a small group setting that will help make you comfortable using English in a variety of common situations. Six sessions for the non-English speaker.

Especially suited for the older adult; combines the basics of strength training and stretching.

Fee $28. You will need to bring light weights.

Mindful, gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, strength, and stability. Wear sneakers or soft sole shoes. A chair can be used if needed. Fee: $32.

Qi Gong is an ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work.
