Program Description

Event Details

This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Fee $40. There will be no refunds after the first week of class or for classes that have to switch to Zoom.
