Week Calendar

This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques. We will focus on alignment, breathing, core strength and mindfulness.

This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Ages: 2 - 5 years (with an adult).  No siblings, please.

Nassau County’s Office for the Aging will be at the library to supply senior ID’s to anyone over the age of 60. This card is a convenient way to keep important information on a single wallet sized card in the event of an emergency.

Qi Gong is an ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work.

Enjoy an afternoon authentic country music. Listen to both modern and traditional country, as well as classic and southern rock.
