This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques.

This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Ages: 18 to 30 months with a caregiver.

End your clutter! Empty your drawers and files! Shred excess paper safely and securely at this shredding event. All documents will be shredded in a professional mobile truck while you watch.

Take a full-length proctored practice test under timed conditions during this online class.

Grades: 2-5.

Qi Gong is an ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work.

Learn the rules of chess and develop your skills as you play against other teens.

Registration for SSD residents begins March 22, all others one week later if available.
