This fitness class combines aerobic exercise with dance movements. Wear sneakers or flat sole shoes. Program is being held on Zoom. Registration is required.

Stop by the library screenings that include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure, and simple finger blood test for cholesterol and diabetes. Staffed by registered nurses from St. Francis Hospital.
