Ages: 18 - 36 months with an adult.

Led by two pediatric occupational therapists, who are also parents themselves, children engage in exploratory play, structured movements, and interactive storytime.

This class is especially suited for the older adult, and combines the basics of Simply Stronger and Simply Stretch. You will need light hand weights for the class.

Using colorful sand and a faux succulent, make a terrarium to show your true colors.

Registration for SSD residents begins Monday, May 22, all others one week later if available.
