Along with the chef you will make roasted plum tomatoes stuffed with garlic herbs and mozzarella. Patrons will need to bring a baking pan, 2 medium bowls, box grater and a small cutting board.
Registration for SSD begins April 1; all others one week later if available. No refunds within 48 hours of class.
