Watch Chef Rob demonstrate how to make prosciutto and baby spinach angel hair pancakes filled with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. This will also be served with a cannellini bean and fennel salad. This is a demonstration and tasting class. Registration for SSD residents begins September 18; all others one week later if available. Fee $5. Presenter, Chef Rob Scott
