Event Details
The first part of the class is a demonstration of preparing seasonal fruit with ricotta cheese and a sweet drizzle. Then you will make a loaf of Asiago Cheese Bread ready to take home and bake. Patrons will need to bring to class a large bowl, box grater, mixing spoon and a cookie sheet. Fee: $5.
