CLASSES ARE ALL VIRTUAL AND ARE HELD ON THE DATES/TIMES GIVEN IN THE REGISTRATION.

Hand-held weights, resistance bands and balls will help improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Includes a balance segments to enhance posture, core strength, and proper alignment of muscle groups. Exercises can be performed sitting or standing. Equipment recommended but not required.

Zoom link will be sent out a week before the first class. The same link will be used for every class.
