Program Description

Event Details

Learn basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques that will enable you to develop a daily practice of your own. You will need a yoga mat. Registration for SSD residents begins November 19; all others one week later if available. Make-up date for class is March 3.

Participation in exercise classes requires the ability to maintain balance and perform movements independently and without assistanceAttendance in exercise classes is limited to registered participants only.
