Program Description

Event Details

This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques. We will focus on alignment, breathing, core strength and mindfulness. Classes are suitable for intermediate students, modifications will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Registration for SSD residents begins November 18; all others can register starting one week later if available. There will be no refunds after the first week of class. Make-up class if needed will be March 2
