This class consists of aerobic movement to improve cardiovascular fitness. All movements can be performed standing or sitting. Proper footwear is needed.

Learn the art of tea making using empty tea bags that you will fill with a variety of tea leaves along with dried fruits (lemon, orange, apple). Each attendee will make 6 tea bags and get to create tea tags.
