This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels.
Ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 with an adult.

Registration for non-residents begins one week after registration opens, space permitting. Please call the library to register as a non-resident.
Caregivers must remain in the library while their children are attending library programs.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the stated start time of the program, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
