This class builds on your existing practice with more advanced poses and techniques.

This class combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy with modern techniques to maximize the brain's function. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Ages: 18-months - 4 years (with a caregiver).

Children and their caregivers will enjoy creative movement dance activities.

Ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 with an adult.

Enjoy stories, songs, fingerplays, and a short storybook film.

Please Note:

Newborn to 17 months with an adult.

Learn in a small setting practical English that will help to make you comfortable using English in a variety of common situations. Fridays, September 29, October 6, 20, 27, November 3, at 10:15-11:45 a.m. Limited registration.

This class is especially suited for the older adult, and combines the basics of Simply Stronger and Simply Stretch. You will need light hand weights for the class.

Mindful, gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, strength, and stability. Wear sneakers or soft sole shoes. A chair can be used if needed. Fee $40.

Qi Gong is an ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work.

Come with your friends and play Mah Jongg. One registration is required to reserve a table. Each table must be no more than 5 patrons. Space is limited.
