This pie is perfect with ice cream and using fall apples. In addition to making the pie to take home and cook, Chef Rob will be demonstrating how to make a pumpkin pie gelato that everyone will taste. Attendees must bring 3 large crisp apples, peeler, 2 medium bowls, rubber spatula and a 7-inch round pie pan.
