The Roberts Court—so named since the confirmation of Chief Justice John G. Roberts in 2005—has helped to define individual rights through cases and controversies before the U.S. Supreme Court over the past fifteen plus years. In this lecture, we will analyze a selection of opinions to gain a better understanding of the justices and their impact on the Bill of Rights.
