For drivers of all ages. Completion entitles you to a NYS insurance discount and to a point reduction. Bring your NYS Driver's License and a pen. In-person registration ONLY. Fee: $30, check payable to "Empire Safety Council" Includes a 30-minute break for lunch. Registration for SSD residents starts January 13; all others one week later if available.
